Lead strategic enterprise customers as a technical Customer Success Manager, owning customer health, revenue realization, technical guidance, escalation management, account plans, executive reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to drive adoption and growth of MongoDB Atlas.

Provide expert, customer-facing technical support for MongoDB ecosystems (server, drivers, cloud, infrastructure). Diagnose and resolve architecture, performance, recovery, security, and scalability issues; build support tools; mentor new hires; liaise with product and engineering on customer needs.
