The role involves supporting tax compliance and audits by preparing reports, managing documentation, and providing necessary data for the tax team.
Responsibilities :
Job Responsibilities:
- Pulls out supporting documents required by the Tax Team for Tax Compliance, Tax Audits, VAT refund, Ninestar Reporting, Tax Rollforward, etc.
- Generates schedules and reports required for tax audits.
- Encodes monthly importation data from SADs
- Preparation of BIR Form 2307
- Translates to English correspondences received from the Tax Authorities
- Provides screenshots of SAP transactions and invoice required by the Tax Team for any testing activities.
- To take on and manage ad-hoc assignments and handle other tasks as required by the immediate superior
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work under heavy time pressure
- Willing to work overtime
- Ability to deliver according to established/committed deadlines
- Reliable data entry skills
- Displays thoroughness and attention to detail
- Effective written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Works with minimum supervision
- Can start immediately
