The Senior Associate, Event Marketing will play a pivotal role in managing the branding and marketing efforts for events, reporting directly to the VP of Events. This position requires a blend of creativity, design expertise, collaboration, communication, and analytical skills to effectively enhance the brand's presence and engagement at events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booth Design: Develop engaging event booths that adhere to brand guidelines and captivate attendees, ensuring a memorable and impactful presence at each event.
- Brand Activations: Create and manage brand activations in collaboration with content, design, and digital teams to enhance brand presence and engagement with target audiences.
- Branded Merchandise Oversight: Oversee the selection, design, and inventory of branded merchandise to ensure alignment with brand identity and enhance brand recognition.
- Collateral Management: Create and manage event collateral, including brochures, flyers, and speaking cards, to support event objectives and provide valuable information to attendees.
- Social Media Coordination: Work with the social media team to write, design, and share social media posts that promote events, increase awareness, and drive engagement.
- Invitation Management: Create and manage invitations, reminders, and thank-you emails to ensure effective communication with attendees and enhance the overall event experience.
- Performance Reporting: Identify, track, and report on performance metrics for event marketing campaigns to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Post-event Campaigns: Implement campaigns to nurture and strengthen relationships with event attendees, fostering long-term engagement and loyalty.
- Operational Contribution: Update tasks in Monday.com, contribute to briefing documents, build proposals, and present on calls related to event marketing, ensuring seamless execution and collaboration across teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event marketing, branding, or a related field.
- Strong creative and design skills with the ability to develop engaging marketing materials.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical skills to track and report on performance metrics and inform decision-making.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, including social media and project management software like Monday.com.
