Job Description Summary

The Workplace Experience Coordinator is responsible for delivering a seamless, people‑focused workplace experience. Acting as the primary point of contact for workplace and Facilities Management (FM) enquiries, this role ensures the workplace is welcoming, well-maintained, and aligned with Sage’s values and service standards. The Coordinator supports operational excellence, compliance, and KPI achievement while fostering a collaborative and engaging environment for colleagues, visitors, and partners.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for workplace and FM enquiries; support daily workplace operations.

  • Coordinate on-site activities, events, and meeting spaces to maintain a vibrant workplace culture.

  • Oversee third-party supplier performance and ensure service quality, compliance, and budget adherence.

  • Manage workplace systems including CAFM, access passes, mail, stock control, and daily inspections.

  • Promote Sage values, customer service standards, and a safe, compliant workplace.

  • Support the Regional Workplace Manager with operational reporting, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
