Job Title: Workplace Experience Ambassador
Reporting To: Guest Service Ambassador Team Lead
Job Purpose: To manage the delivery of a specific FM function to meet agreed customer business requirements and to provide support to the Facilities Manager.
Key Accountabilities
Welcome clients and visitors to the office in a professional and courteous manner.
Signing in guests and preparing visitor passes for all external guests / clients
Directing them to their party or arranging for their party to collect them.
Manage all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner and assigning them correctly.
Ensuring that the reception area is maintained in a clean and tidy condition at all times.
Ensuring that all details in the visitor’s record system are completed prior to the visitors being issued with temporary access cards / key.
Direct couriers and other postal deliveries to the correct area.
Miscellaneous orders such as Taxi’s, Flowers, milk, etc.
Log facilities work requests.
Assist staff with travel arrangements.
Completion of the Corporate and Local directory for use within the office; ensuring all details are issued to all staff
Helpdesk - Acting as the point of contact for Facilities Work Requests (if necessary).
General Administration e.g. stationary orders etc.
Working closely with the facilities team.
Deliver agreed levels of Customer Service
Ensure that visitors are updated regularly if there is a delay with their appointment.
To manage compliance with EH&S legislation in line with Client policy Ensuring Bomb Threat and other similar terrorist control measures, as dictated by corporate, are in place and operational.
Ensuring all cards which have not been returned or cards that are reported lost / broken / faulty or stolen are rendered void promptly
Take on ad hoc projects and tasks, as and when required.
Monitor alarms/faults in the building and act as first point of response (if necessary).
Any additional requests from Client or Line Manager.

Efficient, discrete, have good interpersonal skills and will demonstrate the ability multi task
Excellent phone manners and communication skills.
Ensuring the standard of dress is consistent with the job and in keeping with a professional environment.
Strong Computer skills.
Hard working, pro-active person who is capable of demonstrating initiative and good judgment.
Flexible in their approach to work and demonstrate a keen willingness to assist fellow colleagues.
Efficient & Capable of working on their own initiative.
Available to work outside normal working hours and on weekends as required. Minimum Qualifications
2 years’ experience in similar role.
Strong Customer Focus.
Minimum leaving cert qualification.
