Summary of Role
- Manage day to day events and planning in the warehouse.
- Knowledge / understanding of WMS.
- Ensure Stock card and SAP system are up to date.
- Ensure all batches/mini bags are scheduled into the Clean rooms in a manner to ensure compliance with E.D.D.
- Maintain housekeeping at a high standard.
- Ensure all goods in are processed in a timely manner and in accordance with SOP’s.
- Ensure daily reports are sent to Packaging Manager & Key Account Manager.
- Ensure all despatch is processed in a timely manner and in accordance with SOP’s.
- Ensure all product is picked and returns processed in a timely manner and in accordance with SOP’s.
- Complete and update training for all warehouse staff.
- Complete back to work meetings when required.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained to meet requirements and escalate issues. communicate information to relevant depts.
- Ensure all relevant information is readily available to Q.A., Engineering & all other stakeholders.
- Be available to work and train in all company depots and departments.
- Be competent as required in counterbalance, reach and VNA vehicles.
- Ensure H&S is adhered to at all times.
- Assist in the implementation of all new work practices and processes.
- Carry out various additional tasks in line with Company goals.
- Assist in documenting KPI’s.
- Be available to work across all sites and all shifts.
- Any other additional tasks that may be required by your Manager or any other person so appointed to act with such authority.
Requirements
- Experience in a busy warehouse environment.
- High level of PC skills required.
