Requirements
Overview of Role:
As the Regional Client Success Lead for EMEA, you will be a key leader responsible for the success and growth of our entire client portfolio across the region and will build and lead a team of high-performing Client Success Partners. Reporting to the Global Head of Client Success, you will be accountable for driving product adoption, ensuring value realisation, and delivering on key commercial outcomes, including net revenue retention and churn prevention for the EMEA region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and scale the EMEA Client Success team, fostering a culture of proactive, data-driven, and value-focused client partnership.
- Own the complete post-sales relationship and commercial outcomes (NRR, churn, adoption) for the entire portfolio of EMEA clients.
- Serve as the executive sponsor for key client relationships in the region, engaging at a senior level to ensure strategic alignment and resolve critical escalations.
- Implement and ensure consistent execution of the global Client Success methodology, including success planning, health checks, and strategic business reviews (QBRs).
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for client issues in the region, orchestrating cross-functional teams to drive timely and effective resolutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of your team's client portfolio, using data and insights to forecast risks and identify expansion opportunities.
- Partner closely with regional Sales and Delivery leadership to ensure a seamless client journey, from pre-sales engagement through to implementation and long-term partnership.
- Represent the voice of the EMEA customer base internally, channelling structured feedback to Product and other teams to influence the future direction of our solutions.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in a Customer Success, or a related client-facing leadership role within an enterprise B2B SaaS company.
- A strong track record of owning and delivering against commercial targets, particularly Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and managing a multi-million-euro book of business.
- Experience in the financial services technology sector, with a strong understanding of the business challenges and drivers for clients in the EMEA region.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and scale client-facing teams, with a passion for coaching and developing world-class talent.
- Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, with the credibility to engage and build trust with senior executive stakeholders at large financial institutions.
- A highly data-driven and analytical mindset, with experience using a Customer Success platform and data to manage a client portfolio.
- Experience in coaching teams to baseline and track customer-relevant metrics and value.
Nice to Have:
- Direct domain expertise in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), KYC, AML, or other financial crime compliance areas.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment.
