As the Vice President of our Cloud & Marketplace division in our Advanced Solutions (AS) business unit, you will have the opportunity to drive our efforts in identifying and harnessing next-gen technologies such as Cloud, as well as play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies that will position TD SYNNEX at the forefront of cutting-edge solutions. You will play a critical role for our people, driving technical & sales resources within the TD SYNNEX customer base and shaping our Advanced Solutions strategy.

Strategic Leadership: Defines and drives the vision, strategy, and execution for the Cloud & Marketplace ecosystem across Europe, aligning with global initiatives.
Business Planning & Performance: Leads annual and quarterly planning to exceed financial and operational targets, including full P&L accountability.
Market & Industry Expertise: Applies deep technology industry knowledge to position TD SYNNEX as a thought leader and trusted partner.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Operates in a matrixed environment, aligning with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Vendor & Partner Engagement: Builds and maintains strategic executive relationships with key cloud vendors (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google), influencing joint go-to-market strategies and resolving high-level issues.
Innovation & Growth: Develops new business models and strategic growth plans to drive annuity, services, and marketplace adoption.
Global Alignment: Collaborates with global counterparts to ensure consistent vendor management and execution.
Talent & Culture Leadership: Champions a high-performance, inclusive culture, focusing on leadership development, diversity, and employee engagement.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
>10 to 15 Years of relevant work experience
>8 to 10 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees
>5 years Cloud and Marketplace experience, preferably associated with Microsoft or AWS.
Bachelor's Degree Required
