The Visualization Developer works with clinical and operations leaders to understand their information needs and to leverage their experiences to influence visual design decisions to effectively develop rich, insightful content that support business behavior and change. The Developer is a critical contributor to visualization maturity and capabilities by maintaining, supporting, training and sharing knowledge of BI tools such as but not limited to Tableau and PowerBI.

Key Responsibilities
Designs and develops highly interactive, effective self-service data tools in BI applications like Tableau and Power BI.
Partners with business unit teams to understand their operational needs, recommend solutions, ensure compliance with standards and develops processes and tools that help automate effective data delivery and reduce resource utilization and redundancy.
Manages all upgrades, updates, and impacts to the BI platforms used and ensure that all data sources and existing BI assets are properly updated and maintained to ensure there is no loss of information continuity in the organization.
Develops and maintains appropriate security access to BI Assets to ensure compliance with compliance and IT security policies.
Develops effective validation processes between the data sources and the BI asset to ensure accurate and timely availability of reliable information
Skills and Experience
Proven experience utilising Tableau
Experience with other BI tools (PowerBI) Microsoft Suite is desirable
Coding skills (SQL) Unstructured datasets Dashboard/UX design

Minimum Years of Experience
Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience or 8 years of experience in lieu of degree.
3 years' experience in a data visualization or data analyst role, preferably at a healthcare provider (required)
