We are looking for a dedicated VIP Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of our VIP marketing initiatives in line with key business objectives. In this role, you’ll help coordinate the VIP marketing calendar, assist in creating tailored retention and reactivation campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring impactful campaigns to life. Your skills in data-driven marketing and building strong relationships will play a key role in analysing campaign performance, contributing to strategy optimisations, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an annual VIP marketing plan to drive core business KPI’s.
- Own and contribute to the optimisation of the existing VIP Marketing calendar.
- Coordinate and execute VIP Marketing campaigns via CRM tools to reinforce the growth of VIP and Pot VIP segments.
- Develop tailored VIP Retention and Reactivation marketing strategies to ensure a profitable customer journey and drive player engagement and VIP revenue growth.
- Utilise data analysis to measure and report VIP campaign performance.
- Provide operational support to the Head of VIP, including campaign analysis, reports and any day-today tasks.
- Liaise with key Stakeholders including Design, CRM and Content teams for execution of VIP Campaigns.
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in a similar role
- Experience in the gaming industry
- High Level of English - written communication and grammar, listening and verbal skills
- Proven ability to build strong relationships quickly
- Ability to work in a fast paced, customer centric environment
