We’re looking for a Video Editor with strong motion design skills to join our creative team. This role is roughly 60% video editing and 40% motion design (sometimes 70/30 depending on projects). You’ll be crafting high-quality video content across multiple formats, from quick social clips to polished brand videos and tutorials.
The right candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, solid technical ability, a strong sense of visual storytelling, and the initiative to bring their own creative ideas to the table, we don’t want to hand-hold every frame.
What the job involves- Editing video content in Adobe Premiere Pro: pacing, storytelling, transitions, color correction, and music selection.
- Enhancing audio for clarity, balance, and consistency.
- Motion design in After Effects: animating assets, typography, and graphics to bring concepts to life.
- Researching and sourcing supporting visuals: b-roll, screenshots, reference footage, or images (including digging into articles, sourcing relevant clips of specific people, etc.).
- Collaborating with creative and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all projects.
- Contributing creative concepts and ideas for storytelling, visuals, and formats.
- Delivering high-quality content on time while meeting creative and technical standards.
- Staying up to date with new tools and best practices in video production and motion design.

- Proven experience as a video editor, with a portfolio/reel that demonstrates both strong editing and motion design skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Strong knowledge of color correction and audio editing.
- Experience independently sourcing footage, references, and supporting visuals.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Creative thinker who can pitch and execute fresh visual ideas.
- Highly organized and able to work autonomously with a self-starter mentality.
- Willingness to participate in a paid freelance project during the interview process.
