You will collaborate with senior leaders and subject matter experts to foster a culture of continuous growth and measurable business impact. As a Vice President - Learning Partner in Wealth Management, you will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning strategies and programs. You will work in an Agile environment, partnering with senior leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to support technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and superior client service. You will help foster a culture of continuous learning and growth mindset, driving measurable business impact.
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute learning strategies aligned to business goals, focusing on foundational skills, technical knowledge, and client engagement.
  • Design modular induction and continuing education curricula covering product knowledge, compliance, risk frameworks, tools, and best practices.
  • Create and maintain a library of refresher modules (e-learning, workshops, case studies) to keep employees current on market trends, regulatory changes, and internal processes.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of best-in-class training programs, leveraging subject matter experts and providing ongoing coaching for continuous improvement.
  • Provide learning services to teams outside of Wealth Management as needed.
  • Partner with senior business leaders, Product, Compliance, Operations, Risk, and HR teams to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and strategically aligned.
  • Deliver ongoing updates to senior leaders, focusing on strategic outcomes and business impact.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth mindset across the organization.
  • Design pre- and post-training assessments to measure knowledge retention and identify skill gaps.
  • Track training effectiveness using feedback surveys, competency checklists, and performance metrics; recommend enhancements based on data insights.
  • Monitor regulatory updates, industry trends, and internal policy changes; integrate relevant updates into training materials within defined SLAs.
  • Lead development projects such as Product Academy sessions, curated learning paths, executive education sponsorships, and targeted e-learning modules.
  • Ensure all learning and development activities comply with regulatory and legal requirements.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Education, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in learning, talent development, or training roles within financial services or operational-focused industries, including Human Resources, Employee and Talent, or Learning Development.
  • Deep expertise in instructional design methodologies (such as ADDIE), adult learning principles, and learning technologies; skilled at translating complex concepts into engaging learning experiences.
  • Strong understanding of investment products including equities, fixed income, and alternatives, as well as advisory processes and regulatory environments (such as MiFID II, FINRA, FCA).
  • Proven ability to design and deliver impactful presentations and training, with exceptional communication and facilitation skills across all organizational levels.
  • Inclusive and visionary leader, able to build strategic relationships, collaborate in highly matrixed environments, and inspire teams.
  • Experience working in agile, dynamic, and fast-moving professional settings; able to promote an agile mindset and drive continuous improvement.
  • Analytical and data-driven, comfortable using metrics to assess training outcomes and identify trends.
  • Role may require domestic travel.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with digital learning platforms and tools.
  • Certification in instructional design or related discipline.
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with global regulatory requirements in financial services.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
