We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Accounting to join our Finance/Accounting team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards by demonstrating expertise in the field.
- Develop and implement accounting procedures to enhance operational efficiency and ensure robust internal controls.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making and business planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align accounting practices with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and inform strategic planning.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ACA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strategic relationships and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and developing team members.
