Job Purpose

beqom is looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our Product Design team to conceptualize innovative
new product features and functionalities for SaaS-based software in a way that is attractive and convenient
for users. You’ll design flows, contribute to a shared design system, and partner closely with product,
engineering, and customer teams to bring features to life.

What you’ll be doing...

As a UX/UI Designer, your main duties and responsibilities will be:

  • Lead design for key product features: research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system with components, icons, motion, and documentation.
  • Design end-to-end user journeys, from onboarding to advanced workflows.
  • Run usability tests, gather insights, and iterate quickly.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and QA from ideation through to
    release and iteration.
  • Advocate for accessibility, clarity, and intuitive UX in every design decision.

What we need...

  • At least five 5 years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information
    architect, or similar design-related roles
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design process, decision-making, and product impact.
  • Expertise in Figma (or similar tools) + visual design principles.
  • Experience building or contributing to a UI component library or design system.
  • Knowledge of accessibility (e.g. WCAG) and enterprise usability best practices.
  • Excellent communication: you can explain design decisions clearly and adapt based on feedback.

Bonus points if you have...

  • Experience with data visualization or dashboard design.
  • Prototyping / coding experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).
  • Motion design – animations, micro-interactions.
  • Experience working in Agile teams.
  • Experience shipping accessible products at WCAG 2.0 AA+ standard.
  • Designing for mobile or responsive enterprise applications.
