We're looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our talented team working on Throo, an exciting greenfield project in the wallets and payments space. Throo is a Greek fintech startup recently acquired by Euronet, offering the innovation of a startup with the stability and scale of a global leader. The platform will serve consumers and merchants in Greece and beyond.

How You 'll Make an Impact

  • Design and improve the user experience of our digital loyalty and payments platform, with a strong focus on mobile.
  • Work closely with product managers and engineers to understand user needs and turn them into smart, user-friendly designs.
  • Lead the full design process—from wireframes and prototypes to final visuals—for both mobile and web.
  • Create user personas, flows, and journey maps to guide your design decisions.
  • Spot and solve UX issues through research and hands-on testing.
  • Make sure the interface is consistent, clear, and aligned across the platform.
  • Stay current with the latest UX/UI trends and best practices.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in consumer-facing digital products.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch,.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
  • Eligibility to work in the EU full-time and permanently, without employer sponsorship.
