Why We Have This Role

 

We are looking for designers in Kraków to join our passionate group of builders. Our leaders and customers expect and encourage us to push the boundaries of what an enterprise product could be, envisioning across all platforms to directly impact the product roadmap and our customer’s goals.

 

How You’ll Find Success

  • Develop a long-term UX design strategy that anticipates user needs and industry trends over the next 1-2 years, fostering innovative and sustainable solutions.
  • Actively engage with users to gather insights and feedback, using this information to identify UX issues and opportunities for improvement that enhance overall user satisfaction.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration with software development, product management, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and aligned product experiences that resonate with users.
  • Create seamless, intuitive user interfaces that maintain consistency and functionality across various platforms, including desktop, mobile, and emerging technologies such as voice interfaces.
  • Anticipate potential UX challenges and proactively propose solutions to address these issues, converting user feedback and data insights into actionable design improvements.

  • Stay updated with the latest UX design trends, tools, and methodologies through workshops, online courses, and industry conferences, allowing for the integration of novel approaches into your work.
  • Seek mentorship from senior designers and engage in peer collaboration to exchange ideas, receive constructive feedback, and enhance your design skills and strategic thinking.
  • Actively participate in projects across different teams, such as product management and engineering, to gain a deeper understanding of the entire product development lifecycle and broaden your skillset.
  • Embrace opportunities to lead user research and testing initiatives, deepening your ability to translate user insights into compelling designs while refining your expertise in user-centered design principles.

Things You’ll Do

  • Partner with your Engineering and Product leads on a product roadmap that pushes the boundaries of what it means to be the market leading Experience Company.
  • Build high fidelity wireframes of a multi-variant workflow that inspires users in a research study in how it simplifies the customer journey.
  • Attend a UX team critique - inform and support the work that is being presented by your team members and help inspire junior members of the team.
  • Translate data from a usability study and translate it into concrete user interface design improvements and get them prioritized into sprint planning so customers see an immediate impact.
  • Elevate the product by incorporating cutting-edge interaction design practices and contemporary user experience trends, setting a high benchmark for solution design.
  • In this role, you will play a crucial role supporting mobile app experience programs deployed by world-class brands. You will use your expertise in web design and development to create user interfaces and features that seamlessly integrate into their mobile apps and provide a unified user experience across all platforms.

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • 3-6 years as an information architect, product or user experience or interaction designer.
  • Have shipped and maintained multiple products and features with an online portfolio that showcases this work and your process.
  • Ability to work cross functionally and influence stakeholders with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of web accessibility principles and experience in building for accessibility.
  • Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalent.
  • Nice to have - Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or related fields such as Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visual Arts, or Computer Science. Master’s preferred.
