UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will focus on creating intuitive, user-centered designs and facilitating discussions with clients to ensure alignment on project goals. You will play a key role in shaping digital experiences, from concept to execution, while serving as a bridge between client needs and design outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

• Design and refine user interfaces and experiences using Figma.
• Create and manage design sprints to drive project progress.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, provide design insights, and align deliverables with business objectives.
• Facilitate discussions and workshops with clients to capture feedback and ensure clarity.
• Deliver high-quality design assets, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI elements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong design portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma and related design/prototyping tools.
• Experience running or contributing to design sprints.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design concepts to clients.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.
• Based in Ireland and eligible to work under a part-time employment contract.
