In this role, you will:
  • Manage and develop a Treasury Management Consulting team of individual contributors and mangers in roles with moderate to high complexity and risk
  • Identify opportunities and strategies for process improvement and risk control development in the Treasury Management Consulting functional area
  • Lead the Treasury Management Consulting team by making strategic decisions to meet higher-risk deliverables
  • Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate to higher complexity and risk within scope of responsibility in the Treasury Management Consulting functional area
  • Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers associated with the function or affected by its outcomes
  • Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior leadership, as well as interact directly with external customers in the Treasury Management Consulting functional area
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in Treasury Management Consulting
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years' experience in managing a seasoned sales team, with portfolios of large and complex corporate clients
  • Experience working with Consumer and Retail as it relates to Global Treasury Management
  • Experience working with large global corporations, domestically and internationally
  • A proven track record in originating new sales and defending existing portfolio business
  • Experience in both traditional and emerging Consumer payment rails
  • US domestic and international Treasury Management expertise, including FX payments
  • A sound grasp of risk and compliance as related to large global clients, including minimally KYC and AML
Job Expectations:
  • This ability to travel 25% of the time
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
  • Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Pay Range:
Charlotte, NC: Pay Range Annually $185,000 - $300,000
New York, NY: Pay Range Annually $185,000 - $300,000
Philadelphia, PA: Pay Range Annually $185,000 - $300,000
San Francisco, CA: Pay Range Annually $185,000 - $300,000
Seattle, WA: Pay Range Annually $185,000 - $300,000
