Job Description

Scope of Position: Support the dispatch & collection of shipments in an efficient & timely manner. Liasing with operations, effectively managing and negotiating costs and ensuring sub-contractors & hauliers are operating as per Expeditors requirements.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the deliveries throughout Ireland
  • Complete and delegate the daily drivers sheets for the Dublin area
  • Manage all country deliveries through approved country hauliers
  • Maintain the collection database & coordinate pickups with drivers throughout the day
  • Delegate domestic jobs for the Dublin Office
  • Responsible for interdepartmental & external billing on a monthly basis
  • Monitor the collections & airport drivers
  • Source pricing for deliveries or collections where needed
  • Organise any special deliveries or collections where needed


Qualifications

  • Accurate attention to detail

  • PC literate
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Excellent communication & Organisational Skills
