Join our team in Dublin as a Transfer Agency Client Delivery Associate, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our valued clients. As a Transfer Agency Client Delivery Associate within the O perations Service Delivery Team , you will be the primary senior point of contact for significant JPM clients, building stable relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery. You will manage a team of professionals and act as the main communication source for escalations and updates.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients within the segment.
  • Build and maintain stable senior relationships with clients to support key interactions and seamless escalation.
  • Communicate escalations, service updates, and progress updates to clients.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with internal partners, including Transfer Agency, Sales, Technology, Solutions, Custody, and Product Development.
  • Support global operations teams in delivering quality products through efficient issue resolution and proactive client engagement.
  • Conduct quality checks of exceptional processes completed by team members.
  • Ensure intraday cash flow prediction reports are issued to portfolio managers within agreed SLAs.
  • Utilize transfer agency operations knowledge to improve service quality.
  • Process investor payment instructions and requisite fund movements.
  • Handle investor transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and transfers.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Significant experience in Transfer Agency Operations and dealing with complex, demanding client organizations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent client-facing skills.
  • Ability to drive results through leadership, communication, and influence.
  • Comfortable with change, ambiguity, debate, conflict, and informed risk-taking.
  • Ability to manage multiple streams of work concurrently.
  • Willingness to make decisions while ensuring stakeholder buy-in.
  • Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders for well-thought-out decisions.
  • Flexibility in managing working hours and delivering results under time pressure.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Ability to interact efficiently with clients and manage client expectations.
  • Strong product and business knowledge, with a minimum of 5 years in transfer agency.
  • Excellence in designing optimal operations controls and workflow.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with complementary presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in client servicing.
  • Comfortable working across all levels of the organization and bringing teams together to achieve results.


Extended hours/weekends may be required during integration/implementation of new business or systems, as well as during peak cycles (year-end, month-end).
