Responsibilities :
JOB PURPOSE/MISSION/SUMMARY:
The Training Support Specialist is responsible for the success of the online
training program for the sales team as part of the sales enablement mandate.
This person is responsible for the formatting, editing and accessibility of training
modules for the sales team, as well as implementation and coordination of the
training schedule with trainees as needed, collaborating with reports specialists
to generate reports and dashboards, analyze and recommend opportunities to
improve the online training program and implementation.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
· Content administration and coordination:
Responsible for the successful upload and utilization of training modules in (RISE)
o Format, preview and check the quality of modules to meet pre-upload standards
o Coordinate the translation process for modules, as needed
o Organize and manage the upload process and ensure access
o Continuously monitor and ensure modules are updated
· Training coordination:
Coordinate and support the training schedules and assignments
o Communicate with identified trainees on the training schedules
o Assist the trainees on account creation, access, and support needs along the way
· Reporting coordination:
o Develop and ensure the publication of regular training reports and dashboards in coordination with reporting resources (D2V)
o Analyze and provide insight on training metrics
· General administration:
Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve all issues related to the end-to-end process

o Systems and tools maintenance

· Continuous Improvement:
Regularly review the overall process to identify and drive continuous improvement projects

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS, BASIC REQUIREMENTS
§ University degree or college diploma in business or computer science or other related course
§ At least 2 years of experience in sales training, training implementation or training in general, or marketing events implementation, or business, marketing, or sales projects implementation, and/or sales and marketing platforms and technologies administration.
