Trailer Fee Processing Associate - Dublin
Provides mutual funds transaction processing services with a customer-focused approach. Provides proactive and innovative solutions to customers. Intermediate level support representative working on semi-routine tasks to support operations. Applies developed knowledge and job skills, and follows defined company policies and procedures to complete tasks. Understands when to deviate from standard practice.
What You Will Get to Do:
- Work directly with an experienced trailer fee processing team both in the local location, and remotely with a team located in Ireland.
- Adhere to trailer fee procedures, job-aids and operational controls when carrying out tasks.
- Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of Trailer fee processes and systems.
- Be responsible for the quality input of trailer fee contract setups and terms.
- Develop an understanding of the trailer fee omnibus model and perform accurate input of omnibus positions on behalf of our clients’ distributors.
- Assist in the analysis of trailer fee calculation outputs and justification of variances.
- Assist the timely response to client & broker queries received in the team mailbox.
- Be responsible for issuing payments and actioning the necessary system checks.
