JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Off-Trade team seeks a passionate and motivated Sales Developer to maximise distribution and visibility of the Richmond brand portfolio in retail and convenience accounts to drive sales, volume and profitability. The successful candidate will complete direct orders for certain retail outlets and merchandise these orders in store. They will be required to develop and manage relationships with store managers and ensure head office agreed standards are maintained, while also seeking to take advantage of local opportunities. They will represent the Richmond portfolio of brands in line with the company ethos of quality products and great people. The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment is a must. Candidates must be eligible to drive throughout Ireland and have a full clean drivers’ licence. The role involves extensive travel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete pre-determined account visits as per the daily Journey Plan.
- Service stores on your journey plan, merchandising these to a high standard and maximising facings for all brands.
- Work closely with the Business Developer in the region to drive visibility and sales.
- Complete designated additional retail, convenience and forecourt store account visits.
- Complete all operational and auditing systems through an iPad device. These will include DRIVE, E-commerce orders and Monday.com audits.
- Implement distribution agreements that have been agreed at head office level or by the area Business Developer.
- Implement planograms and cooler relays when required.
- Place Point-of-Sale material and displays in appropriate accounts and manage coolers and stands.
- Build strong relationships with store managers and take ownership of accounts.
- Introduce new products not previously listed.
- Report competitor activity deemed relevant.
- Achieve pre-determined quarterly objectives and KPIs.
- Any other duties and responsibilities which management deem appropriate from time to time.

- Full, clean driving licence and eligibility to drive in the Ireland of Ireland is essential.
