Product Portfolio: Upper Extremities | Stryker

Your Mission

Take charge of sales activities for our Upper Extremities portfolio, including shoulder arthroplasty, fracture fixation, and other advanced surgical solutions.

You will be responsible for:

  • Implementing sales and marketing strategies in your territory

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and procurement departments

  • Supporting surgeons and OR teams during procedures and training sessions

  • Organizing and facilitating workshops and educational events

  • Managing the full customer journey from product interest through to successful implementation and after-sales support

  • Representing Stryker at congresses, trade shows, and key industry meetings

Territory Coverage

This role covers Western Denmark (Jutland), including the following cities:
Aarhus, Aalborg, Esbjerg, Herning, Vejle, Horsens, Randers, Odense, Svendborg 

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in sales or marketing within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or a related healthcare industry

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., medical technology, health sciences, business administration)

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse healthcare stakeholders

  • Fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken

  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with orthopaedic products, particularly in trauma or extremities

  • Ability to work autonomously, manage a wide territory, and prioritize effectively

  • Passion for surgical innovation and delivering top-tier customer service

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
