You'll work alongside technology squads to help minimize impacts and resolve issues, ensuring our customers receive excellent service. You will collaborate with Application Owners to maintain crisis playbooks and resiliency plans in a cloud-oriented environment. Your work will contribute to the availability of our technology on a global scale, as part of a team that operates around the clock.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting Application Impact Analyses and Technology Recovery Planning for key applications
- Support the implementation of application components and coordinate testing activities, including sustainability, disaster recovery, and external testing
- Help develop and maintain annual testing plans for application and business resiliency requirements
- Regularly review, update, and test technology continuity documentation in line with firmwide standards and policy
- Participate in technology control domain meetings as required
- Support technology audit and regulatory requirements by preparing documentation and evidence
- Assist in managing technology controls and risk frameworks
- Contribute to root cause analysis and reporting activities
- Stay informed about external market trends and developments in technology resiliency
- Apply strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills to daily tasks
- Work with cloud-based environments as part of resiliency planning and testing
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience working in technology resiliency or related technical roles
- Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work methodically and calmly under pressure
- Business analytical skills, including reporting and governance
- Experience with root cause analysis
- Awareness of external market trends in technology resiliency
- Time management and organizational skills
- Experience in cloud-based environments
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Familiarity with cloud-native microservices architecture
- Exposure to incident response or crisis management in technology environments
- Experience working in agile squads or cross-functional teams
- Understanding of technology audit processes
- Interest in fintech and digital banking innovation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, start-up environment
