Job responsibilities
- Experience working as part of a regional, cross-functional team and working with all levels
- Project management, communication, stakeholder management, negotiating and influencing experience with a track record of achieving engagement and delivery from cross-functional stakeholders
- Contribute and participate in internal and external audits as well as regulatory reviews
- Ensure IT service provider compliance with laws and regulations
- Coordinate the management and monitoring of supplier performance for both internal and external technology service engagements.
- Identify and raise risks associated with technology outsourcing and create / manage / monitor action plans to address those risks through to completion
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure appropriate processes, roles and SLA's are in place to manage and govern the IT environment and its daily operations
- Develop and report the appropriate and relevant management information (KRIs/KPIs) for IT outsourcing to the Legal Entity as and when is required
- Prioritise and deliver timely, high quality risk based reporting which has a solid data and evidence based foundation
- Partner with relevant Global, Regional and Legal Entity teams m to maintain efficient and effective control environments for outsourced technology services
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, with a focus on eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in data fluency, including experience with data extraction, interpretation, and making data-informed decisions
- Developing technical fluency in relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies, with a curiosity to continuously expand technical knowledge
- Experience in data visualization and analytics, including understanding of vendor products and managing vendor relations
- Strong written communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively translate complex information for diverse stakeholder audiences
- Knowledge and understanding of Local regulation including all relevant BaFin and EBA guidelines
