The Customer Service Technology (CSTech) team is responsible for the engineering, technology planning, and programs that power eBay’s customer service experience. From customer-facing support capabilities to the tools used by service agents and the infrastructure that enables those experiences, the team helps ensure eBay’s service technology continues to support customers and business needs globally.

As a Contact Centre Systems & Infrastructure Analyst you will serve as a key technical and operational partner across the Customer Service Technology organization. Working closely with Engineering, Product, Corporate Services, Information Security, and shared-service teams, you will help plan, coordinate, and deliver technology initiatives that support customer service platforms, infrastructure, and connectivity across in-house, outsourced, and work-from-home environments. This hybrid role is based in Dublin and reports within the Customer Service Technology organization.

What you will accomplish
  • Partner with technology, operations, and business teams to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of customer service technology initiatives across platforms, infrastructure, and connectivity.
  • Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions by identifying dependencies, assessing risks, and supporting infrastructure and application strategy.
  • Lead or support end-to-end project delivery, coordinating cross functional teams from planning and development through testing, implementation, and post-launch activities.
  • Improve operational resilience by partnering with networking, infrastructure, and security teams to support connectivity, operational readiness, post-incident reviews, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage project priorities, vendor relationships, budgets, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation while tracking progress against program objectives.
  • Facilitate planning sessions, workshops, and stakeholder alignment meetings, providing clear communication on project status, risks, and outcomes to technical teams and leadership.
  • Build positive relationships across global teams, vendors, and outsourced support organizations to deliver reliable customer service technology solutions.
What you will bring
  • Experience in technical architecture, business systems analysis, and project management across the technology delivery lifecycle.
  • Ability to identify technical dependencies, assess operational impacts, and deliver complex technology initiatives across multiple functions including infrastructure, networking, security, telecommunications, and engineering teams.
  • Experience supporting customer service technologies or contact center environments, with an understanding of platform operations and infrastructure dependencies.
  • Good communication and partner management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and form effective relationships across global teams.
  • Experience managing projects in ambiguous environments, balancing operational detail with broader business objectives while driving delivery and accountability.
  • Experience with infrastructure strategy, operational resilience, outsourced partner environments, executive stakeholder communication, and workshop facilitation is preferred. This is a hybrid role based in Dublin, requiring regular in-office collaboration aligned with business needs.
