Your role at Dash0

As a Technical Writer, you will play a crucial role communicating our value to a broad technical audience. You will be responsible for creating compelling and technically accurate content that educates, informs, and inspires our users and the wider community.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain a wide range of content formats: technical guides, tutorials, use cases, blog posts, and whitepapers

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing & product team to help identify relevant topics and craft authentic, value-driven content

  • Stay up-to-date on trends and innovations across cloud infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, OpenTelemetry, metrics, tracing, logging, APM, security, and automation

  • Break down complex technical concepts into clear, accurate, and engaging content for various audiences (from beginners to experts)

  • Apply SEO best practices and ensure consistency and technical accuracy in your work

  • Contribute high-quality content to our documentation hubs, knowledge bases, or developer portals

What you bring

You're a skilled and enthusiastic technical writer with a strong understanding of complex technical concepts and an ability to translate them into accessible content. You have:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical writing or content creation for a B2B SaaS company, preferably in the cloud-native, observability, or developer tools space.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and engagingly.

  • Some experience in writing about complex technical topics such as cloud infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, OpenTelemetry, metrics, tracing, logging, APM, security, and automation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Familiarity with documentation tools and content management systems
