We’re looking for a Technical Writer who can translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging documentation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, preferably in identity, compliance, or fraud prevention, and a knack for making technical topics accessible to diverse audiences.

Here’s what you’ll do:
- Develop Technical Documentation
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including API guides, SDK documentation, user manuals, integration guides, and FAQs.
- Collaborate Across Teams
- Collaborate closely with product managers, solutions engineers, and developers to gather technical information and ensure the accuracy of documentation.
- Simplify Complexity
- Translate technical concepts into clear, accessible language tailored to audiences, including developers, business stakeholders, and end users.
- Stay Current
- Understand and incorporate the latest industry trends, particularly in identity verification, compliance, and fraud prevention, into documentation.
- Assist with Training Materials
- Create supporting materials for training sessions, webinars, or workshops related to Microblink's products.
- Contribute to Product Launches
- Support the go-to-market process by providing documentation for new product features or updates.
- Drive Documentation Strategy
- Recommend and implement best practices for technical writing and content organization.
You'll be successful in this role if you:
- Have proven experience in technical writing, particularly for SaaS or technical products.
- Have familiarity with identity verification, compliance, or fraud prevention concepts.
- Are strong technical acumen, with the ability to read and understand code snippets, APIs, and SDKs.
- Have hands-on experience with tools such as Markdown, Swagger, Git, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and precision.
- Have strong attention to detail.
- Have the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Background:
- Former experience as a product manager, solutions engineer, developer, or related technical role.
- Knowledge of programming languages or scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and deliver on deadlines.
