Technical Talent Acquisition Consultant

12 month Fixed Term Contract

We’re looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our high-performing recruitment team. You’ll work alongside our team of Talent Acquisition Partners, supporting the hiring of top-tier technology talent across Fidelity. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about sourcing, understands the nuances of tech roles, and is committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

The Skills You Bring

  • Proven end-to-end recruitment experience, with a strong focus on technical roles.
  • You have a strong grasp of technical roles and terminology, enabling you to identify top talent across areas such as software engineering, cloud, DevOps, and data.
  • You’re passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience and act as a trusted advocate throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Expertise in sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, HireEz, and enterprise ATS systems (ideally Workday).
  • Experienced in managing and prioritising 35+ concurrent searches, including remote stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • A proactive, self-sufficient approach with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong written communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
