The Role We're looking for a Technical Support Advisor to join our team and deliver exceptional support to our partners. You'll be a go-to expert for Microsoft 365 and Azure, helping customers resolve issues and get the most from our services.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Guide customers through service configurations
- Document issues accurately in our ticketing system
- Mentor Level 2 advisors and share knowledge across the team
- Contribute to projects and occasional training sessions
What We're Looking For
- College diploma (or equivalent) in IT or Computer Science
- 1–3 years in technical support and customer service
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Excellent written and spoken English
- IT certifications are a plus
- Able to work from the office 3 days per week (Dublin 12)
