Your Opportunity:
As a Technical Success Manager II (TSM) at New Relic, you will lead technical relationships with customers, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate. Your role is pivotal in driving customer success, optimising platform adoption, and spearheading initiatives to maximise business value.
What You'll Do:
Customer Adoption:
- Lead technical onboarding processes: Architect and oversee complex integrations of New Relic into large-scale, multi-cloud environments, ensuring seamless adoption and maximum value realisation.
- Facilitate advanced training sessions: Develop and deliver in-depth training programs that empower users with advanced optimisation techniques and application insights.
Activity Management & Relationship Building:
- Strategise and execute Mutual Activity Plans: Drive strategic customer engagement, identify innovative growth opportunities, and offer foresight into leveraging observability tools.
- Engage with senior technical stakeholders: Cultivate deep relationships and align New Relic’s offerings with intricate business initiatives, driving platform expansion and organisational success.
Value Communication & Updates:
- Spearhead business case development: Utilise New Relic’s advanced data capabilities to craft compelling ROI narratives and drive strategic platform expansion decisions.
- Ensure continuous stakeholder proficiency: Lead updates on new features, ensuring stakeholders are equipped with cutting-edge tool knowledge for sustained success.
This Role Requires:
Advanced Technical Expertise:
- Extensive experience with Kubernetes and multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and proficiency in advanced observability tactics.
- Mastery of numerous programming languages, enabling sophisticated integration and optimisation strategies.
Leadership & Strategic Communication:
- Proven track record in senior customer-facing roles within SaaS or tech sectors.
- Exceptional ability to build influential relationships and communicate complex concepts with clarity.
Visionary & Collaborative Approach:
- Strategic problem-solving mindset and proactive leadership in driving customer success.
- Ability to lead cross-team collaboration; proficiency in a European language is advantageous for EMEA engagement.
