Job Description:
We are seeking a highly adaptable IT Project Manager with experience working with clients to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an ever-changing environment and enjoys tackling new challenges head-on. You will be responsible for managing a variety of web-based projects for a single, strategic client, each with its own unique scope and timeline. Your ability to pivot quickly and efficiently will be essential to ensuring project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Multiple Projects: Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Adapt to Change: Quickly adapt to shifting priorities and project requirements, maintaining a flexible approach.
• Foster Innovation: Encourage innovative solutions and creative problem-solving among team members.
• Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with cross-functional teams, maintaining strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
• Problem-Solving: Address unforeseen challenges with resourcefulness and a proactive mindset.
• Personalization use case scoping: use case management starting from technical scoping by working closely with the customer and developer, full project ownership and delivery
• Act as a DY product owner by supporting a large-scale customer. Supporting in DY personalization content management and setup, and technical requests.
• Stakeholder management: Communication and project management between different stakeholders by managing timelines, requirements and approvals
• Developer sprint planning: manage the sprint planning and technical requests for developers
• Resource allocation: plan the necessary development resources for IT projects
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a project management role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. (Experience with IT project management will be preferred)
• Strong adaptability and flexibility in managing changing project priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to overcoming obstacles.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in diverse team settings.
• A track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement in previous roles.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment where adaptability is key
• Basic knowledge and understanding in HTML, CSS, Javascript is a must
• Basic understanding in front-end and Chrome dev tools is preferred
• Good English skills
