Job Description
Evolution is currently looking for a Technical Compliance Specialist to work in the division of the Products Discipline. You will review technical requirements, evaluate them, and provide appropriate compliance advice to the company business, ensuring any risk is minimized together win ensuring that products are compliant with all relevant technical regulations. Your primary responsibility will be to support the delivery of projects related to new and already established markets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the company remains compliant with technical regulations and keeps abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
- Investigates technical requirements for new markets and established ones and assists with developing solutions to comply with them.
- Coordinate, process and monitor live casino and RNG products and features compliance with all relevant technical regulations in the European markets.
- Maintain knowledge and assist in keeping an up to date and accurate library/database of technical product compliance processes and procedures.
- Communicate effectively and develop strong relationships with regulatory authorities, certification, and test laboratories for approvals, handling issues, notifying of key events and to ensure all products meet regulatory requirements for its jurisdictions.
- Develop and support project plans and track their progress; prepare and maintain status reports and schedules, track milestones/deliverables and dependencies.
- Participate to onsite/remote internal/external meetings and conferences with other teams, regulatory authorities, customers or other external parties as required to exchange information and develop relationships and processes in the team’s/company’s interest.

Qualifications
- Excellent English and skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory. Additional language skills are beneficial but not essential (languages like Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Greek, German would be an advantage).
- Understanding of the iGaming business framework: B2Bs, B2Cs and regulated markets best practices.
- Experience working on Live or RNG games (e.g. slots / table and card games) verticals.
- A relevant University Degree, ideally Information Systems or Computer Sciences, is preferrable. Proven experience in the industry in a comparable role will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Understanding of typical games and platforms setups and development in the industry.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience in using Microsoft Office suite / Sharepoint.
It is a plus if you have:
- Ideally, at least 3 years of technical compliance experience in iGaming performing a similar role.
- Understanding or experience on change management processes.
- Experience in products and games equipment analysis.
- Experience in usage of software such as Jira, Confluence.
- Understanding or experience on certifications and audits of games, systems and physical devices.
An ISO 27001 certification or similar qualification
