We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst Lead to join our innovative and dynamic team. 

This position is hybrid in Dublin, Ireland, requiring onsite collaboration as needed.  

Technical Business Analyst | About You 

As a Technical Business Analyst, you are responsible for translating marketing, analytics, and business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for data and engineering teams. You bring experience working on analytics‑driven initiatives and thrive in environments where data plays a central role in decision‑making. You enjoy working with complex data ecosystems and understanding how information flows across platforms, pipelines, and reporting layers. You communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders alike, ensuring alignment and clarity. You excel in discovery‑focused roles where you map processes, define specifications, and help build data‑powered solutions, ideally within fast‑moving industries such as Consumer Packaged Goods. 

Technical Business Analyst | Day-to-Day 

  • Gather and refine requirements from marketing, analytics, and commercial stakeholders across campaigns and performance initiatives. 
  • Map data flows across analytics platforms, pipelines, and integrations to understand dependencies, system behavior, and data quality considerations. 
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for data engineering, analytics, and data science teams. 
  • Document current‑state and future‑state processes, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement across analytics workflows. 
  • Support data science and analytics teams by clarifying inputs, outputs, calculation logic, and data requirements for reporting or modeling. 
  • Facilitate discussions between business, analytics, and technical teams to ensure consistent understanding and shared expectations. 

Technical Business Analyst | Skills & Experience 

  • 7+ years of experience as a Technical BA, Data BA, Analytics BA, or similar role supporting analytics‑driven initiatives. 
  • Experience working on analytics projects, including reporting, marketing analytics, data quality, or performance measurement programs. 
  • Background in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or similar fast‑moving consumer environments is strongly preferred. 
  • Strong understanding of data flows, data models, and analytics platforms across marketing, commercial, or enterprise ecosystems. 
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements and convert them into clear, structured technical specifications. 
  • Excellent documentation skills, including process mapping, data dictionaries, and integration specifications. 
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities across technical, business, and analytics teams.
