The Team Success Manager is a people-focused role based in Dublin. This role's primary responsibility is to provide flexible and specialized coverage across multiple Sales Development teams, ensuring continuity and performance during periods of business demand, such as leaves of absence, transitions, or special projects. This is a newly created position that requires a proven track record of leadership in a fast paced sales development environment. This role will have a broader and more diverse remit than a standard frontline manager and requires an energised top performing leader that enjoys a challenge. 

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our business, a passion for developing people, and the ability to adapt to different team dynamics and needs. They must be proactive, self-starting, and results-oriented, with a proven track record of leading diverse teams to success.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide Flexible Leadership: Flex into different Sales Development teams as a temporary manager to ensure continuous coverage and maintain team momentum.
  • Manage Regional Team: Directly manage and mentor the Sales Development team for the Central and Eastern Europe region, helping them meet and exceed their goals.
  • Talent Development: Coach, motivate, and mentor Sales Development Reps across various teams, focusing on career development and skill enhancement.
  • Operational Excellence: Constantly seek opportunities to improve processes and performance, reporting on key results to senior leadership.
  • Strategic Alignment: Partner with sales, marketing, and leadership stakeholders to ensure all teams are aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills

  • Experience: Previous experience as a manager in a sales development or sales environment. Ideally 3-5 years of people management experience.  
  • Leadership: Proven experience leading and developing high-performance sales or XDR teams in a SaaS or software environment.
  • Adaptability: The ability to seamlessly transition between teams, regions, and business needs. 
  • Relationships: Ability to build rapport and relationships quickly across multiple channels including ICs, peer managers and with the cross functional sales teams. 
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate data-driven insights to senior leaders.
  • Change Management: Proven experience working and managing in change environments. Comfortable self starting in ambiguous scenarios. 
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Motivation: A highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual.
  • Environment: The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role will require international travel on an ongoing basis. 

This role requires presence in our Dublin office four days per week, except when business travel is required.
