Iron mountain are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join us at our site in the Kilbarry Business Park in Dublin Hill.
General Responsibilities:
Duties include but not limited to the following (Training may need to be provided for specific tasks)
- All operator tasks, i.e., Reverse Logistics, Production, or Rework.
- General housekeeping of warehouse and Yard area. Keeping area clean and tidy to a high standard and any other relevant duties that may arise.
- Ensuring that your work is accurate, to the highest quality standard.
- Supervision of staff, to meet or exceed targets.
- Undergo training/certification when required to do so.
- Ensure employees are treated correctly in compliance with company procedures.
- Reporting to Supervisor and/or Site Manager
- Promoting Lean/Sigma manufacturing
- Move within operations
- Other relevant duties
Key Requirements:
- Person must have good written & verbal communication skills.
- Person needs to be a flexible, enthusiastic individual with ability to use their own initiative and take responsibility for their work.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
- Possess drive and ability to lead operators to maintain efficient operation of cell.
- PC skills desirable.
