Your daily pitch

You like to take initiative and are a creative mind who wants to join an ambitious Sports Marketing Retention team? As our new Team Lead CRM Campaign (m/f/x)- German speaking, you will be responsible for increasing customer value (CLV) through multi-channel communication and event-driven promotions. Your existing campaign management skills will help you to provide valuable support to your team in achieving their goals. Through your deep understanding of the sports betting industry, you have a clear picture of our customers and know what actions are required to achieve a more active customer portfolio. With your knowledge and your activities, you actively contribute to the success of the company.

 

Your playing field

  • You will be responsible for and oversee all ad hoc bonus campaigns from conceptualization, targeting and segmentation (based on value and predictive models) to budgeting, execution and analysis.
  • Maximize the experience for our customers by developing forward-thinking content and monitoring trends to increase long-term loyalty.
  • Ensure that marketing tools are used as effectively as possible and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You take decisions about further necessary and useful automations and keep an eye on the latest developments in this area.
  • You will use your analytical skills to analyze the financial effectiveness of campaigns and provide regular reports on the budget.
  • You will lead a team of 5 people, manage the marketing campaign calendar and be responsible for campaign forecasting.

Qualifications

Which skills should you bring to the pitch

  • Experience. Relevant experience in CRM is essential, ideally you have experience in the iGaming industry.
  • Leadership qualities. You have already gained experience in managing a small team in your previous position.
  • Language skills. As a leading sports betting provider in Germany, some German language skills are welcome. English is the official language in our Malta office, so fluency in English is crucial.
  • Customer-oriented. Customer satisfaction is your priority. Every idea you have is developed with your customers in mind.
  • Curious. You are always looking for new ideas to find innovative and better ways for the organization to succeed.
  • Collaborative. You work closely with internal teams and our business partners to continuously improve performance.
