Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare the tax computations and handle filing/payment of tax returns for the assigned Lexmark entities.
  • Ensure prompt filing and payment of taxes handled for Lexmark.
  • Provide the requirements of tax auditors and/or tax consultants for ongoing tax audit and other tax-related work.
  • Prepare the balance sheet reconciliations and tax rollforward analysis for assigned tax accounts
  • Perform month-end close activities for assigned tax accounts
  • Handle tax-related projects, perform system testing for changes in tax set-up
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
  • Knowledge and experience in taxation is required
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to deliver according to established/committed deadlines
  • Exposed to conducting financial reviews and dealing with people across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent analytical and research skills
  • Effective written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Keen to details
  • Work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work under heavy time pressure
  • Willing to work overtime
  • Willing to work in Cebu City
  • Can start immediately
