Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the implementation of automation projects related to product quality detection, line, performance monitoring, paperless digitalization of production lines.
- Support in identifying and developing innovative technical solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
- Support the deployment of standard operating procedures, 5S practices, and IL6S (Integrated Lean Six Sigma) methodology on site.
- Lead and contribute to projects aimed at standardizing process parameters across selected production lines.
- Drive initiatives to improve the reliability and maintainability of production assets.
What You'll Bring:
- Strong willingness to learn, grow, and face technical challenges.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Solid computer skills (MS Office, email communication, general computer use); no specific software knowledge required.
- Final-year students or recent graduates in Electronics, Automation, Electromechanics, Robotics, or similar Engineering disciplines.
