The Role

We are seeking a proactive and creative Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our HR team on an initial 12-month fixed term contract. This role is ideal for someone with global sourcing experience both in-house and agency. Reporting to the HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in building strategic talent pipelines, sourcing and screening top talent, and elevating the internal recruitment function. 

What You'll Do

• Strategic Sourcing: Identify and engage passive candidates across U.S. and global markets, with a primary focus on sales roles.
• Sales Talent Focus: Lead sourcing efforts for high-performing sales professionals globally (including North America), aligned with business goals. 
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Screening & Vetting: Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability and ensure alignment with role requirements.  
• Digital Campaigns: Design and execute targeted digital recruitment campaigns to attract top-tier talent.  
• InMail Outreach: Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, sending personalised InMails and outreach messages that drive candidate engagement, build pipelines, and effectively sell our employer brand. 
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the sole recruiter, partnering directly with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to shape and deliver sourcing strategies.  
• Creativity & Market Intelligence: Creatively tackle talent sourcing challenges using market intelligence, referral efforts, competitor analysis, and research to uncover hidden talent pools.
• Ambassador for Origina: Act as ambassador for our brand through talent attraction. 
  

About You

• Global sourcing experience both in-house and agency.
• Experience sourcing across U.S. and international markets, demonstrating cultural awareness and adaptability.
• Proven success in outbound sourcing using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and niche platforms.  
• Skilled in writing personalised outreach and InMails that reflect brand tone and drive response.  
• Strong understanding of sales and technical roles, with the ability to tailor engagement strategies accordingly.
• Comfortable conducting screening interviews to vet candidates and assess fit.  
• Technology savvy & data-driven mindset with the ability to track sourcing effectiveness, continuously improve tactics, and introduce new emerging technologies such as AI.
• Initiative & Creativity: Demonstrates a proactive approach to sourcing challenges, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions.  
• Resilience & Agility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to shifting business needs.  
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Curiosity: Ask smart questions and display a genuine curiosity and energy to learn and find solutions.
