Due to growth within Fenergo, we have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Partner (Product & Eng) to join our team. Working closely with our Product and Engineering Leaders and People Team, this role will have responsibility for meeting the recruitment needs of our industry-leading Product and Engineering teams at a global level across Fenergo. This role will involve 360 recruitment processes including (but not limited to) partnering with hiring managers, attracting and sourcing top candidates, designing job specs, posting reqs, pipelining, screening, interviewing, delivering offers, driving efficiencies, advising on best practices, reporting and a range of exciting talent projects to bring in the best people!

Responsibilities:

  • Full Cycle (360) Recruitment: Source, screen, identify, interview, select and offer to top candidates
  • Develop knowledge of our product, internal teams and industry to effectively target recruitment efforts in a cost-effective, efficient manner that attracts the best talent
  • Develop innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment strategies to meet the business needs of each area
  • Work with hiring teams to educate them about the market, recruitment processes and best practices
  • Ensuring team SLAs are met and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
  • Sourcing internal and external talent to meet gaps for business-critical roles
  • Acting as trusted advisor to hiring managers on all aspects of recruitment
  • Manage a high number of open positions
  • Proactively pipelining and building talent network
  • Supporting employer branding efforts, developing content and suggesting initiatives
  • Supporting People Partners managing budgets for roles
  • Staying current on all areas of talent
  • Additional recruitment and people projects as required
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of Product and Tech recruitment in a fast-paced, scaling company
  • Clear results in sourcing Product and Tech talent in the Irish Market
  • Excellent organisational, prioritization and communication skills
  • Ability to critically evaluate and develop systems and procedures in the recruitment process.
  • Experience in providing an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience
  • Experience to analyse, assess, interpret and address company needs.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft suite and Workable ATS – however, not critical
  • Ability to work in a time critical environment.
  • Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
  • Equivalent education or experience may be substituted for any of the above.
