Talent Acquisition Specialist
PFH Technology Group are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our internal hiring team and manage our full-cycle recruiting processes.
Location: PFH, Little Island, Co Cork/Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Full end to end hiring for large volume within IT departments that include permanent and contract hires.
- Identifying, attracting, and assist in the on-boarding of top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs.
- Responsible for sourcing candidates, through various channels using our Applicant Tracking System, Online Souring and referrals. Pre-screen candidates, scheduling interviews and selecting high quality candidates.
- Guide and Support Hiring Managers in the recruitment process.
- Manage fluid hiring timelines and volumes.
- Develop relationships with all relevant hiring managers and clients to identify current needs and any potential future needs across all business units.
- Ensure superior candidate experience in a very busy work environment.
- Create and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Focus on continuous improvement and make suggestions to improve the talent acquisition process, policies and strategy.
- Provide timely reporting of key metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT or Business
- 3+ years prior recruitment experience, ideally with an IT recruitment
- Previous recruitment agency or in-house experience
- Excellent Stakeholder Management and adaptability
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Experience of working with all levels of colleagues and candidates
