The Role & What You Will Be Doing

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Talent Acquisition Specialist role will make an impact:

• Sourcing Excellence: Utilize professional networks and innovative tools to actively source top talent.

• Screening Efficiency: Pre-screen candidates to deliver high-quality, role-fit shortlists.

• Pipeline Building: Maintain and engage talent pipelines for future opportunities.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR and Hiring Managers to deliver hiring solutions aligned with business goals.

• Market Insights: Develop sourcing strategies based on in-depth understanding of local/global talent markets.

• Data Accuracy: Ensure real-time data integrity in recruitment systems like Workday.

• Brand Advocacy: Represent Viatris at job fairs and university events to enhance our employer brand.

• Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to optimize recruitment processes.

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

• 2-3 years of recruitment or sourcing experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English. Other European language desirable

• Tech-savvy: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Customer-focused with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Flexible, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
