A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle
- Develop, maintain and manage the internal employee pool to quickly respond to operational needs and prioritize internal resources
- Mobilize, assign and confirm human resources to operations based on daily needs, station priorities and employee availability
- Maintain daily communication with operations to monitor performance, attendance, presence-related issues, refusals and no-shows
- Ensure regular follow-ups with employees in the pool
- Track and analyze performance indicators
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR, ideally in volume recruitment or an operational environment
- Ability to deliver within short timelines and stay organized
- Experience with Workday
- Strong partnership mindset with station managers
- Intermediate bilingualism in French and English, as you will communicate with people across the country
