Your Role  

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, EMEA, you will attract, engage, and hire top early-career talent while also supporting recruitment for corporate and junior to mid-level roles. You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level hires, build strong candidate pipelines, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast talent needs and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience across multiple talent segments.  

This is a hybrid position in Athens, Greece. This person will report directly to the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, EMEA.  

A Day in Your New Role  

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for campus programs and corporate/junior to mid–level roles, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and post-offer engagement
  • Execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
  • Partner with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs, improve quality of hire, and drive a collaborative, consistent hiring process
  • Build and maintain relationships with target universities, career centers, and student organizations
  • Plan and attend campus events, career fairs, and networking sessions to promote Guidepoint’s brand
  • Collaborate with the Global TA team to standardize processes and share best practices across regions

Projects You Will Own

  • Assist the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, EMEA in the implementation of Campus and early-career recruitment strategies  
  • Recruitment for Corporate and early-career roles
  • Employer branding initiatives  
  • Creative recruitment and sourcing solutions  
  • Reporting and KPI tracking  

What You Have:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field  
  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably with focus on campus or early-career talent
  • Fluency in Greek and English
  • Data-driven mindset: use of metrics (quality of hire, candidate experience, offer acceptance rate) to refine strategies 
  • Strong time management and communication skills 
  • Ability to use AI-enabled tools thoughtfully and responsibly, with attention to accuracy, confidentiality, data quality, and human judgment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
