We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner Product & Tech to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our engineering and product functions by attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to design effective hiring strategies, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and ensure we build diverse, high-performing teams that drive our technology forward.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to identify and understand hiring needs.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates for various tech-related positions, including Backend Engineers, Frontend Engineers, QA and Mobile.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and assessments of potential candidates, including resume reviews and phone screening.
  • Evaluate candidates' product knowledge, technical skills and cultural fit to make informed hiring decisions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, utilizing various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to provide recommendations for enhancing the recruitment strategy.

What you'll be doing:

  • Experience recruiting for engineering related positions.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and understanding of various engineering roles and skillsets.
  • Strong sourcing abilities, with a track record of identifying and engaging passive candidates.
  • Exceptional interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate candidates' technical competencies and cultural fit.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (we use Greenhouse) and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
