Join Johnson Controls as an on-site Talent Acquisition Partner supporting Silent-Aire, our data-centre cooling business in Dublin.

Silent-Aire designs and manufactures specialist cooling solutions for data centres. From the Dublin site, you will recruit engineering, manufacturing and operational talent while working directly with hiring managers, local HR and business leaders.

This is a hands-on role for a recruiter who enjoys being close to the business. Being on site will give you direct access to stakeholders, greater visibility of the operation and the opportunity to influence hiring decisions in real time. You will help managers navigate the recruitment process, keep decisions moving and create positive experience for candidates and stakeholders.

The position is offered as a nine-month fixed-term contract. While no future role can be guaranteed, the experience may create opportunities to explore future career options within Johnson Controls.

What you do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across engineering, manufacturing and operational positions.
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, HR and senior stakeholders on site.
  • Advise and constructively challenge managers to support effective and timely hiring decisions.
  • Use your on-site presence to follow up directly, resolve delays and maintain recruitment momentum.
  • Develop sourcing strategies and proactively engage specialist talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals and other relevant channels.
  • Manage multiple vacancies while maintaining accurate candidate activity in Workday.
  • Deliver a warm, professional experience for candidates and hiring managers.

What we are looking for

Required

  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment.
  • Strong stakeholder-management, communication and influencing skills.
  • Confidence working directly with hiring managers and constructively challenging when needed.
  • Experience with direct sourcing and building specialist talent pipelines.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to working on site in Dublin as the normal working arrangement.

Preferred

  • Recruitment experience within engineering, manufacturing, construction or another technical environment.
  • Exposure to data centres, HVAC, building services, mechanical or electrical engineering, industrial manufacturing or mission-critical infrastructure.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday.

We also welcome candidates from adjacent sectors who can demonstrate transferable skills, including technical sourcing, stakeholder influence, recruitment-process ownership and experience working closely with operational teams. Applicants do not need to have recruited within every listed technical discipline.

Why join us?

You will become part of a collaborative Talent Acquisition team while gaining direct exposure to an engineering and manufacturing business supporting the data-centre industry.

This is an opportunity to build valuable technical recruitment experience, work closely with business leaders and see the impact of your work on site. Even within a nine-month assignment, you will have meaningful ownership, professional visibility and the chance to contribute to an important period for the Dublin operation.

Johnson Controls offers an inclusive environment where collaboration, new ideas and professional development are encouraged. Tomorrow needs you.
