As a Junior Talent Acquisition Associate you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process end-to-end, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This role will assist in ensuring a seamless candidate experience while also contributing to recruitment projects and process improvements. This role will be hands-on, giving exposure to real hiring workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates on LinkedIn and other channels, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
- Gather feedback from hiring managers and follow up with candidates as necessary.
- Maintain and update HR databases, prepare reports, and ensure accurate records in our ATS platform.
- Contribute to various TA projects (including talent mapping, candidate sourcing, and conducting research to support external recruitment efforts).
- Provide administrative assistance as needed.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate or higher degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal English and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with HR tools and best practices will be considered a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, particularly in HR, would be an advantage.
