Job title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Contract Type: Full Time Permanent, subject to 6 months' probation

Location: Ballymount, Co. Dublin

Salary: €35,000-37,000 per annum, paid monthly

We're seeking a proactive and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our growing recruitment activity across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment, talent acquisition, or sourcing experience who enjoys connecting with people, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to a high-performing HR team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Candidate Attraction & Sourcing

  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Create and manage engaging job advertisements.
  • Build talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Candidate Screening & Assessment

  • Conduct telephone and virtual screening interviews.
  • Assess candidate suitability based on skills, experience, and organizational fit.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and evaluations within the ATS.

Candidate Experience

  • Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback.

Recruitment Administration

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting.
  • Produce recruitment activity and pipeline reports.
  • Support onboarding handovers following offer acceptance.

Requirements
  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or candidate sourcing.
  • Experience conducting candidate screening interviews.
  • Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organisation and administration skills.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
